Rocco’s review: MARVEL CREATES A PHENOMENON: you will NOT be disappointed!

Infinity War, Directed by Anthony and John Russo

10/10

Infinity War- the biggest Marvel film of all  time, with 230,000,000 views on the first day. If you thought the trailers were good, be prepared to have your mind blown. In this action/adventure superhero film, you can only expect the unexpected.

If you didn’t already know, it’s about the titan Thanos, trying to get the 6 Infinity Stones, which will give him the power to wipe out half the universe. So its up to the Avengers, Phase 2 Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Dr. Strange and the all new Black Panther to stop him. Will Thanos and his 4 children get all the stones? You’ll have to watch it to find out.

The Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Dr. Strange and Black Panther are all in it because of their involvement with the stones. The Guardians of the Galaxy had the power stone. The Avengers  had the space stone, whilst Thor had the reality stone. Black Panther was closely linked to the soul stone, whereas Dr. Strange was in possession of the time stone. And let’s not forget Vision, who had the mind stone in his head.

The special effects where amazing, and made you feel like you were there yourself. In the fight scenes, dramatic music can be heard, but in quiet scenes, quieter music is playing.

One of my favourite scenes is the fight scene at the end, where all the superheroes are fighting against the almighty Thanos. I wont spoil too much, but I will say this: it is not what you would expect.

Overall, I would say Avengers:Infinity War is amazing. The CGI, the special affects: all amazing. I would recommend it to Marvel fans all over. And although there are some incredibly violent scenes, on the whole, it’s alright for 12 up.
